Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using
Adventure Game Source.
Adventure Game Source may also be referred to below as “AGS,” “AdventureGameSource,” or “Adventure Game Source.”
– Copyrighted & Trademarked Material Policy
Adventure Game Source assumes no legal responsibility for the use, printing, or sale of any copyrighted or trademarked material submitted by customers. AGS prints the artwork and files provided by the customer, and it is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure they have the legal rights or permissions necessary to reproduce, distribute, or sell that material.
AGS reserves the right to refuse any order containing material we determine to be illegal, excessively hateful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate at our sole discretion. Orders refused for these reasons may be canceled and refunded, with or without explanation.
– Fair / Personal Use Notice
AGS understands that some customers may create personal-use items containing copyrighted material, such as gifts, prototypes, or personal game components. However, AGS does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any submitted material qualifies as fair use or permissible use under copyright law.
Customers are responsible for researching:
- Copyright and trademark law
- Fair use guidelines
- Public domain material
- Educational or commentary exemptions
- Licensing requirements
AGS assumes no liability for the printing, distribution, or resale of copyrighted or trademarked material.
– Color Policy
Adventure Game Source is not responsible for color variations or discrepancies between what customers see on-screen and the final printed product.
Color appearance can vary due to many factors including:
- Monitor calibration and display settings
- RGB vs CMYK color modes
- Embedded color profiles
- Lighting conditions
- Material and paper stock differences
- Digital press calibration
- Variations between production runs or machines
We utilize professional digital printing equipment designed to produce consistent, high-quality results; however, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
AGS will not provide refunds or reprints solely due to minor color variations or color expectations differing from the printed result.
If color accuracy is critical to your project, we strongly recommend ordering a proof or sample prior to full production.
– Return Policy
Because all products produced by AGS are custom manufactured on demand, all sales are final.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Ordering mistakes
- Design errors submitted by the customer
- Color expectations
- Minor production tolerances
If AGS determines that an error occurred during manufacturing, we will review the situation and may offer a replacement, correction, partial refund, or other reasonable remedy at our discretion.
For any non-manufactured products or third-party supplied items, return eligibility may vary and requires prior approval.
– Artwork & Marketing Usage Policy
AGS reserves the right to photograph, display, and showcase products we manufacture for marketing, educational, portfolio, and promotional purposes.
This may include:
- Website galleries
- Social media posts
- Product examples
- Educational videos
- Trade show displays
- Advertising materials
Customers may request that their project remain private, and AGS will honor such requests when clearly communicated prior to production.
– Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation eligibility depends on the stage of production at the time the request is received.
Orders may typically be canceled without penalty if:
- Artwork has not been processed
- Materials have not been ordered
- Production has not begun
Cancellation fees may apply if:
- Materials or specialty components have been purchased
- Production has started
- Any portion of the order has shipped
- Labor or setup time has already been invested
Refunds for partially completed jobs will be calculated based on:
- Work completed
- Materials consumed
- Quantity pricing adjustments
- Shipping expenses already incurred
AGS reserves the right to determine applicable cancellation fees based on the specifics of each order.
– Turnaround Times & Delivery Policy
All turnaround times listed by AGS are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Production times can be affected by:
- Current workload
- Equipment maintenance or failure
- Supply chain delays
- Artwork revisions
- Order complexity
- Shipping carrier delays
- Rush orders already in queue
AGS is not financially responsible for:
- Missed event dates
- Convention deadlines
- Delayed deliveries
- Missed “in hand” dates
- Shipping carrier delays
No refunds, credits, or discounts will be automatically issued due to turnaround delays unless specifically approved by AGS management.
We always make every reasonable effort to meet customer deadlines and communicate delays when possible.
– Proofing & Artwork Approval Policy
Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs prior to production.
Once a proof is approved:
- AGS is not responsible for spelling errors, layout mistakes, incorrect files, or design issues approved by the customer.
- Additional changes after approval may incur revision or setup fees.
AGS strongly recommends reviewing:
- Bleed and safe zones
- Card counts
- Spelling and grammar
- Colors
- Alignment
- Page order
- Product specifications
– File Submission Policy
Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready files that meet AGS guidelines.
Failure to follow submission guidelines may result in:
- Delays
- Additional setup charges
- Production errors
- Rejected files
AGS may assist with minor file adjustments when possible, but customers remain responsible for final file accuracy.
– Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing:
- All invoices are due upon receipt
- Production may be delayed for unpaid balances
- AGS reserves the right to place accounts on hold for overdue invoices
Customers with recurring fulfillment or wholesale accounts may be subject to revised terms at AGS discretion.
– Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
AGS is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, customs delays, weather interruptions, or address errors submitted by the customer.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping addresses
- Ensuring product weights and shipping information are correct when applicable
- Reviewing fulfillment details before submission
Shipping costs are non-refundable once labels have been generated or shipments dispatched.
– Compliance & Product Safety Policy
AGS operates as a contract manufacturer and does not classify products for legal compliance purposes.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their products comply with:
- CPSIA requirements
- Age grading regulations
- International safety standards
- Retail compliance requirements
If compliance testing or certification is required, this must be communicated and arranged prior to production. Any required testing costs are the responsibility of the customer.
– Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with Adventure Game Source, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and policies outlined above.
